SBA structures have a number of unique design and production features that truly sets its products apart from the rest of the marketplace.

SBA residential and commercial real estate, social infrastructure and disaster relief units are produced with rapid deployment among the primary goalsfor meeting our customer’s needs.

SBA creates pre-fabricated, modular houses where the main components are manufactured via assembly line in a factory. The houses are manufactured from shipping containers, steel frames or mortarless blocks and come in standard sizes that are perfect for transporting anywhere in the world. Once delivered to the site, the units’ final assembly only takes a few days or less.

All SBA structures are produced to withstand hurricanes, earthquakes and other natural disasters that they are called upon to react to. SBA homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, disaster relief units, etc, are made from tough materials and are comprised of steel shipping containers, steel frames or blocks. SBA homes dramatically exceed the US building code requirements (for weather related disasters, some exceed requirements by a factor of 10 to 16 times). Therefore, SBA products are expected to meet the most stringent requirements anywhere. Among SBA’s original ideas was to create a viable response to various hurricanes that impact the US annually.

SBA buildings are produced to operate independent of any grid or system and to be completely self-sustaining and highly efficient. SBA homes are net zero in that they produce more energy than they use: the units are solar and wind powered; the units are highly energy efficient; the units can also be connected to the grid to either sell or buy when needed.SBA structures have their own water filtration and sewage systems and are designed to conserve both energy and water.The units are designed so that they can also be tied to one or both of these municipal systems as well. Finally, SBA units are largely made from recycled materials.

SBA has the right solution. The SBA construction frameworkis a modular, highly scalable method of combining common components into customized applications of any size or configuration. SBA has unique experience and knowledge in:

  • ISBU structural engineering requirements, steel frames and mortarless blocks.
  • Water treatment and filtration systems;
  • Power generation and storage.

SBA has exceptional Net Zero Energy engineering expertise and competencies including energy saving systems as well as energy creating ones. Finally, SBA has extensive creative, design, and engineering knowledge of unique bio-remediating waste water treatment solutions.
