SBA’s mission is to produce sustainable, affordable residential and commercial real estate, social infrastructure and disaster relief buildings constructedat a fraction oftraditional build time andat significantly reducedcosts.SBA’s solutions involveinnovative uses for both new and existing materials to address the shortage in global housing,social infrastructure and disaster relief buildings.

Organizational Goals & Objectives

SBA is committed to building sustainably and affordably as well as to thinking “outside the box” in order to tackle tomorrow’s problems today. SBA is a group of design, engineering and construction creative thinkers who have joined forces with like minded project finance professionals. SBA’s goal is to address the shortfall of well built, affordable, sustainable and efficient residential and commercial real estate, social infrastructure and disaster relief solutions globally.

SBAtakes a holistic approach to sustainability and is dedicated to forming ongoing public and private partnerships (“PPP”) with governments, supranational organizations, charities and social welfare agencies to create sustainable and economic residential and commercial real estate and social infrastructure development as well as disaster relief solutions.

SBA’s main goals are three-fold:

  1. Provideresidential and commercial real estate (homes, offices, retail and industrial buildings), social infrastructure (educational and medical facilities) and disaster relief solutions (homes, medical and educational facilities) by aligning the interest of governments, global agencies, supranational organizations, social welfare agencies, charities, and non-profits with those of the private sector.
  2. SBA willbuild and market superior residential and commercial real estate, social infrastructure and disaster relief solutions,whichdramatically reduce energy and water resource consumption.Create housing and infrastructure developments and disaster relief solutions with unique and attractive designs that are both energy and water efficient.
  3. SBA will create efficient structures that are affordable and that can be quickly assembled using prefabricated construction. SBA creates pre-fabricated, modular structures where the main components are manufactured via assembly line in a factory. The structures are manufactured from shipping containers, steel frames or mortarless blocks and come in standard sizes that are perfect for transporting anywhere in the world.
